Refund Policy

We process refunds on a case-by-case basis.

By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • No refund will be issued if you have exceeded 10% of monthly usage limits.
  • If you haven't used the service within 10 days, a 70% refund of the subscription fee will be given, with the remaining 30% retained to cover commissions related to account setup and registration for Alva Solutions.
  • Upon making a purchase, you are responsible for the full payment.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including product dissatisfaction, subscription cancellations, or account terminations if you have used more than 10% of limits.
  • Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Alva Solutions and must be agreed upon in writing before the purchase.
