Term and Termination:
The affiliate partnership with Alva Solutions operates on an ongoing basis, with the flexibility to opt out at any time. Alva Solutions reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of these policies or for any other reason deemed necessary. Alva Solutions reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship in cases of non-compliance with our policies or unethical promotional practices. By participating in the Alva Solutions affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
The Affiliate acknowledges that all Intellectual Property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, and copyrights associated with the brand, are the exclusive property of Alva Solutions.
